Bertram Ulrich

Bertram Ulrich acts as NASA’s liaison for film collaborations and was a visiting scholar in film and screen studies at the University of Cambridge. He has authored publications on space, art and film including ‘Garbo: Siren of the Close-Up’ (Film and History), ‘A Legacy of Spectacle: The Impact of George Méliès on Science Fiction Filmmaking’ (Film International) and NASA/Art: 50 Years of Exploration (Abrams, 2008) as well as a contributor to publications of the American Film Institute. He will do further research on the subject of paparazzi at the American Academy in Rome in 2024.
