Bibi Bakare-Yusuf
Bibi Bakare-Yusuf has a Ph.D. from the University of Warwick. Her thesis examined embodiment, agency and memory in the African world. She relocated to Nigeria from the UK in 2003, where she works as an independent scholar. Her research interests include exploring the phenomenology of African experience, love and sexuality, as well as mapping African expressive and gendered culture.
