Bill Baker
Bill Baker is an education lecturer at UTAS, and he has degrees in music education, education and fine art, has a graduate certificate in University Learning and Teaching and is fellow of the Higher Education Academy. A third edition of his co-authored book Teaching the Arts will be released in 2019.
