C. İrem Gençer
C. İrem Gençer holds a Ph.D. and an MSc degree in Architecture from Istanbul Technical University. She is an associate professor in the Department of Architecture at Yıldız Technical University. Her fields of research include urban preservation, vernacular architecture in Anatolia, planning history in Mediterranean towns, and women architects in preservation. Her forthcoming book on Mualla Eyüboğlu will be published in collaboration with Işıl Çokuğraş.
