Céline Patois
Céline Patois is an R&D project leader in the Institut Paul Bocuse Research Center where she conducts studies on food with culinary, hotel and catering experts for customers of the restaurant and food industry. She has a food engineer degree and is specialized in food product development and sensory analysis.
