Clorinda Panebianco

Clorinda Panebianco is a professor of musicology in the School of the Arts: Music at the University of Pretoria, where she teaches undergraduate courses in occupational health for musicians, music psychology and music philosophy. She supervises numerous postgraduate master’s and doctorate students in musicology. A National Research Foundation (NRF)-rated researcher, her research focuses broadly on health and well-being and the performing artists. She is a pianist and oboist. As oboist, she performs with professional and amateur orchestras and ensembles. She teaches oboe and piano privately, and when time allows, composes educational works.
