David Lea

David Lea, LL.B., Ph.D., is a professor of political science at the University of Papua New Guinea. His principal field is political theory, with central interests in the philosophical foundations of property rights and business ethics. He has published in Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Applied Philosophy, Business Ethics: A European Review, Pacific Economic Bulletin and Middle East Policy, among others. His books include Property Rights, Indigenous People and the Developing World: Issues from Aboriginal Entitlement to Intellectual Ownership Rights (2008) and Neoliberalism, the Security State and the Quantification of Reality (2017).
