David N. Mbazor
David N. Mbazor is a lecturer at the Department of Estate Management at the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He holds a B.Tech. in estate management from the Federal University of Technology Minna, Nigeria; a master of business administration from the University of Calabar, Nigeria; and an M.Sc. in international project management from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, United Kingdom. His research interests are situated in the fields of sustainable housing development and management with focus on housing quality, real estate development, land administration and property/facility management. He is currently a doctoral candidate at the SARChi Centre of Sustainable Construction Management and Leadership in the Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
