Derek E. Baird, MA, is the senior youth cultural marketing insights strategist for Motivate Youth and author of The Gen Z Frequency (Kogan-Page, 2018) who has worked on projects for Yahoo!, Facebook, HBO and the Walt Disney Company, Yahoo! South East Asia and the Museum of Tolerance. He has been a featured speaker on cyberbullying issues at the Yahoo! Safety Conference, The Anti-Defamation League and other conferences.
