Felicity A Baker

Professor Felicity Baker is a researcher in the area of music therapy with a special interest in how songwriting can be applied in multiple ways and viewed through different theoretical lenses to achieve health and wellbeing outcomes and experiences. She is currently associate editor, Journal of Music Therapy, past editor-in-chief of the Australian Journal of Music Therapy and former Australia Research Council Future Fellow (2011–15). Felicity has published widely with over 100 publications and is best known for her authored and edited texts including her recently published monograph Therapeutic Songwriting: Developments in Theory, Methods, and Practice (Palgrave Macmillan).
