Hannah Fahey

Hannah Fahey (Ph.D., University of Limerick) is a lecturer at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance and course director of the BA Voice. She is an academic, singer and educator who has performed internationally as a soloist and ensemble singer in medieval, contemporary and Irish music. Her research interests lie in vocal practice, vocal pedagogy and social singing. Recent publications include an article on vocal pedagogy in Ireland for International Journal of Music Education and a co-edited Special Issue on the health and well-being dimensions of social singing for Health Promotion International.
