Hazhar Jalal
Hazhar Jalal has a Ph.D. in media and has since been teaching at the Media Technics Department at the Sulaimani Polytechnic University, Iraq. He has ten years of experience as a producer and host of TV and radio programmes in the Khak Press and Media Center and Kurdsat Media. Previously, he was the manager of the Advanced Media Department at the Ministry of Electricity in the Kurdistan Regional Government.
