Kirsti Margrethe Laerdal
Kirsti Margrethe Laerdal has extensive experience as a businesswoman and hotel developer. Her research interests focus on hospitality design and architecture, tourism development and destination management. She has worked as a research assistant at the University of Stavanger, Norway and co-published on atmosphere and organizational performance in the hospitality sector (European Journal of Marketing). She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Brighton and now works as an independent researcher.
