Lylia Sami

Lylia Sami is a lecturer at the Higher School of Management and Digital Economy (ESGEN) and has been director of the Research Laboratory in Digital Economy (LEREN) since 2018. She obtained her Ph.D. in statistics and applied economics in 2014 from the National School of Statistics and Applied Economics (ENSSEA, Algeria). She is an associate researcher at the Centre for Applied Economic for Development in Algeria (CREAD). Her work focuses on the analysis of the effect of institutions on growth and labour market in rentier economies, especially the oil-wealthy.
