Marek Jancovic
Marek Jancovic is a lecturer and Ph.D. candidate at the Institute of Film, Theater and empirical Cultural Studies at the University of Mainz, Germany. His research focuses on archaeologies of compression, the role of decay and error in media history and preservation practices of contemporary archival institutions. He holds a research MA in Media Studies from the University of Amsterdam and a BA in Translation Studies from the University of Vienna.
