Marie Damsbo-Svendsen

Marie Damsbo-Svendsen is a research assistant at the section for design and consumer behaviour, Department of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen. Her research includes sensory science, food choice, acceptance and neophobia. Currently, she investigates if teaching sensory science at the culinary arts schools leads to improvement of practitioners´ ability to taste and evaluate foods.
