Melissa Fenton
Melissa Fenton is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Sydney. Her research focus is the workplace culture and practice of the global musical theatre industry. The aim of this research is to leverage data in the development and improvement of musical theatre curricula to prepare graduates for sustainable careers.
