Nafeeza Uddin-Schmidt

Nafeeza Uddin-Schmidt is an administrator who has worked in the non-profit and public service sectors prior to a career in higher education. She was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Puerto Rican and Latino studies from Brooklyn College and completed a Master of Public Administration at Baruch College, where she began her career in academia. Over the last decade, she has worked in various capacities with both undergraduate and graduate students. Born out of her passion for helping students navigate their college experience and providing academic support services, her research interests are narrowing the collegiate achievement gap and international education.
