Paula Callus
Paula Callus is a senior lecturer at the National Centre of Computer Animation at Bournemouth University. She is currently undertaking a Ph.D. in ‘Sub-Saharan African Animation’ at The School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and is in the process of creating an archive of African animation. Her previous experience in this field includes educational consultancy and training for UNESCO’s ‘Africa Animated’ projects and compiling animation programmes for various festivals such as Africa in Motion (Edinburgh), Cambridge African Film Festival, Meknes Animation Festival (Morroco), and ‘Africa at the Pictures’ (London).
