Percia Helena Sabbag
Percia Helena Sabbag is a Ph.D. student in hospitality at Anhembi Morumbi University (UAM), has a master’s degree in communication at Paulista University (UNIP), bachelor’s degree in tourism (UNIP) and in gastronomy (Unicesumar) and is a specialist in photography (Pan American School of Art). She is a research member of the GEHLA – Study Group in Hospitality and Leisure (IFSP), and of the group Dimensions and Contexts of Hospitality (UAM). Main areas of interest are hospitality, gastronomy and photography. Percia Helena Sabbag is a faculty at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo – IFSP (Campus Avaré), in technological area of tourism, hospitality and leisure.
