Ramiro Álvarez Ugarte
Ramiro Álvarez Ugarte is a senior researcher and deputy director of the Centro de Estudios en Libertad de Expresión based in the University of Palermo in Buenos Aires. He is a lecturer on constitutional law at the National University of Buenos Aires and teaches law and social change in Palermo’s Constitutional Law Master’s Programme. He holds JSD (2022) and LLM (2009) degrees from Columbia Law School, New York.
