Safwat Nazzal
Safwat Nazzal is an independent filmmaker at Chapman University. His short-form narrative and documentary work, in commitment to the carnivalesque, concerns itself with madness and authority. He has served as a lead programmer at Chapman’s Cross-Cultural Center, is a programming intern at the Arab American Film Festival and, as of 2019, is a development intern at Moonbug Entertainment.
