Samrat Nath

Samrat Nath finished his undergraduate degree in BA Triple Major in media and communication studies, English and psychology at Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. His area of interest lies in identifying the role and possibilities of media in influencing public opinion, decision making and marketing efforts. The primary objective of his work is to identify trends existing in the usage of media and how that can be leveraged to target messages better. His work looks not only at the commercial and corporate sectors but also at governmental campaigns and institutions. On the flip side to find out better ways of persuasion, he also works on breaking down past and existing messaging campaigns/marketing efforts on media platforms with a view to inform laymen and thus help them have a sense of independence in making decisions in their consumption of information/goods. He is now studying for a postgraduate degree (MA) in corporate communications, marketing and public relations at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.
