Simone R. Barakat
Simone R. Barakat is a professor in the master’s and doctorate in hospitality programme at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi (UAM) and professor in the master’s in management programme at Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP), São Paulo, Brazil. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in management from the School of Economics, Management and Accounting, Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Her current research focuses on stakeholder management, corporate social responsibility, hospitality and sustainability. Simone is member of the Academy of Management and has published in academic journals such as Management Decision, Journal of Cleaner Production and Organization and Environment.
