Somjit Barat

Somjit Barat (Ph.D. in marketing, University of North Texas) is an associate professor of marketing at the Pennsylvania State University, where he teaches courses in marketing and Asian studies. He has published his research on promotions, banking customer satisfaction, ethics, Bollywood, etc. in a variety of journals such as Alliance Journal of Business Research, Journal for the Advancement of Marketing Education and Journal of Product and Brand Management, and has also presented papers at different national and international conferences such as the Academy of Marketing Science, American Marketing Association and International Academy of Business and Economics.
