Sophia Staite

Sophia Staite is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Tasmania, Australia. Her research examines the transcultural adaptation of Japanese children’s television programmes into anglophone versions. Her transdisciplinary approach incorporates gender and childhood studies, transnational media flows and adaptation studies.
