Wendy Weile Zhou

Wendy Weile Zhou is a Ph.D. candidate in communication and 2CI fellow at Georgia State University. Her research focuses on Chinese political discourse, transnational journalism, diaspora media and communication. Her current dissertation examines the news values and practices of Chinese transnational journalists. She has served as the Chinese editor of Global Investigative Journalism Network and as research assistant at the Journalism and Media Studies Center at the University of Hong Kong.
