Yang Chen

Yang Chen is a Ph.D. student at the University of Copenhagen where she studies dietary behaviour change through digital interventions. She has an academic background in neuroscience and public health in conjunction with her training in culinary arts. Her research interest lies in the modulation of flavour perceptions via digital environmental construction of sensory modalities as well as its subsequent behaviour change by targeting both reflective and automatic decisional systems.
