Ysabel Nauwelaerts
Ysabel Nauwelaerts is associate professor and researcher at the Department of Management, Strategy and Innovation (MSI) of the Faculty of Business and Economics (FEB), KU Leuven. She graduated with a masters in applied economics (UA) and holds a DEA from the University of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne. She became doctor in applied economics at the University of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, in 1999. Her main research interests focus on international strategies and relocation of firms in globalized markets, especially in the textiles and fashion industry, innovation and entrepreneurship in creative/design sectors and sustainability topics in today’s international fashion and textiles industry.
