Zhe Wang

Dr Zhe Wang is a cultural ethnographer, designer, fashion curator, fashion and arts producer. Wang got her Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh, College of Art, School of Design. She is currently a lecturer in fashion communication working for Manchester Metropolitan University, giving lecturers in fashion art direction and fashion promotion. Her research interests lie in a number of interdisciplinary fields, covering the ethnographies of global fashion cities, fashion communication and branding, fashion culture, fashion history, design anthropology, innovation design, the global fashion ecosystem, creative labour and creative cultural industry.
