Zoe Meng Jiang
Zoe Meng Jiang is a Ph.D. candidate of cinema studies at New York University. Her research interests include moving-image arts, gender and feminism, new media studies and Chinese studies. She is currently finishing her dissertation on the technique and technology of non-fiction arts in post-socialist China. Her writings appear in Chinese Independent Cinema, The Brooklyn Rail, Artforum China, Indiewire and LEAP, among others. She is also the chief curator at Sleepcenter, an independent non-profit art space in New York City.
