Intellect China Library Series: Call for International Advisory Board Members

The Intellect China Library Series was founded by Intellect’s Managing Director Mark Lewis and Hiu Man Chan in 2015, with an agenda to narrow the gap of scholarship between researchers based in the UK and China.

The series publishes new English translation of the latest scholarship in Chinese that have yet been available in English, covering subjects in communication, visual art, performing art and the broader creative industries. It aims to foster intellectual debate and to promote closer cross-cultural knowledge exchange by introducing unique Chinese scholarship and ideas to our readers. The content that we are interested in is not necessarily about China, it can also contain Chinese academic's scholarship on global topics.

Mark Lewis and Hiu Man Chan would like to take this opportunity to invite international members to join the International Advisory Board, to provide strategic commissioning advice for the series’ ongoing development.

If you are interested in this role, please send a short statement of justification and CV to hiu@intellectbooks.com by 13 April 2019.
