Lessons from a Multispecies Studio is now available!
Lessons from a Multispecies Studio is a collection of nonfiction, first-hand writings about author Julie Andreyev's creative collaborations with local animals and ecologies – companion dogs, wild birds and salmon, as well as forest communities. The stories reveal human relations with other lifeforms, and how creativity can play a part in generating a renewed sense of wonder and kinship with nature.
Each chapter narrates the creative processes of one project, including the worlds of canines, salmon, birds and forest communities, and how these encounters transformed her outlook on Earth and all life.
