Adam Lovasz

Adam Lovasz is a doctoral student at Eötvös Lóránd University, philosopher and writer based in Budapest. He is co-founder of Absentology, a centre for postmodern and speculative realist theory and co-editor of Filozofski Pogledi/Philosophical Views, an international journal of philosophy. He has published and co-published numerous books and essays in multiple languages. Adam’s latest English-language philosophy monograph, entitled The System of Absentology in Ontological Philosophy, appeared in November 2016. His areas of interest include phenomenology, ontology, as well as philosophies of the body. Adam has also published essays and short stories in numerous journals, including Helios Quarterly, Hysteria, Iowa Journal of Cultural Studies, Philosophical Views/Filozofski Pogledi and Vestiges.
