Afroza Bulbul
Afroza Bulbul teaches mass communication and journalism at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Currently she is doing her Ph.D. at the International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She received her MA in development studies from the same institution, specializing in women, gender and development (WGD). She also obtained an MA in mass communication and journalism at the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her main research focus is on media representations of gender and sexuality in the context of war and violence.
