Aisha Powell
Dr Aisha Powell is an assistant professor at Morgan State University’s Department of Strategic Communications. Her research interest explores cultural phenomena in new media technologies, Black migration to foreign countries and health disparities. Her recent publications have been featured in New Media and Society, Text and Performance Quarterly, Communication Quarterly, The Journal of African American Studies and the Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning.
