Alejandro Cremaschi
Dr Alejandro M. Cremaschi teaches piano and pedagogy at the University of Colorado Boulder in the United States as an Associate Professor. He received a Doctor of Musical Arts degree and from the University of Minnesota, where he studied with Lydia Artymiw. Both a researcher and an active performer, Dr Cremaschi has presented in numerous national and international conferences. He has published in the Keyboard Companion, Clavier and the American Music Teacher magazines, the European Piano Teachers Association Piano Journal, Journal of Technology in Music Learning, the Research Studies in Music Education journal, and the Piano Pedagogy Forum online journal. His current research interests include technology to aid the acquisition of piano skills, self-efficacy beliefs in practice, motivation and achievement, and piano teaching in Latin America.
