Alexandra Délano Alonso
Alexandra Délano Alonso is a professor of global studies at The New School. She is the author of From Here and There: Diaspora Policies, Integration, and Social Rights Beyond Borders (Oxford University Press, 2018) and Mexico and Its Diaspora in the United States: Policies of Emigration Since 1848 (Cambridge University Press, 2011). Her most recent publications include the co-edited volumes Las luchas por la memoria contra las violencias en México (El Colegio de México, 2023) and New Narratives on the Peopling of America: Immigration, Race and Dispossession (Johns Hopkins University, 2024).
