Alice Cawley

Alice Cawley is a Ph.D. student in history of art at Newnham College, University of Cambridge. Her thesis offers a reading of punk art that focuses on intense sensoriality as vital to punk’s aesthetics of disobedience. Prior to this, she completed an MA in history of art at The Courtauld Institute of Art, London, with a focus on American sculpture of the 1960s and 1970s.
