Alina Hernandez

Alina Hernandez, BA, is an organizational advisor, who has developed a practitioner training programme in collaboration with Sergio Pecorelli, M.D., Ph.D., European public health thought leader, on the First 1000 Days of Life paradigm – as reframed to include epigenetics and the integration of multi-/interdisciplinary scientific evidence. Prior to this, she worked with the Lorenzini Medical Foundation, specializing in primary prevention and translational medicine. She is trained in psychological stage development theories and is an integral theory practitioner. She has participated in four Olympic Games and two World Cups at the organizing committee level and has organized global meetings on health and wellness themes. She serves as the vice-chair of the Mental Wellness Initiative of the Global Wellness Institute.
