Amandine Pras
In her doctoral thesis at McGill University, Amandine Pras investigated best practices for musical recording in the digital era. She has taught audio production at the Steinhardt School of New York University and multimedia systems at McGill. Since graduation from the Music and Sound Recording programme of the Paris’ Conservatory in April 2006, she has been working as a freelance record producer and sound engineer as well as in different institutions, such as the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research on Music Media and Technology (CIRMMT, Montréal, Canada) and the Banff Centre (Alberta, Canada).
