Amélia Siegel Corrêa

Amélia Siegel Corrêa was a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Anthropology at Copenhagen University as one of the researchers of the project Global Europe: Constituting Europe from the Outside in through Artefacts (2016–21). She is an independent researcher, curator and lecturer at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. She is the author of ‘Brazilian Artists in Magiciens de la Terre and the Challenges of Classifications’ (2021), of the book Alfredo Andersen: retratos e paisagens de um norueguês caboclo (2014), as well as several articles and book chapters. Her research spans the fields of sociology of art, exhibition histories and feminist art history.
