Ana Stevenson
Dr Ana Stevenson holds a Ph.D. from The University of Queensland, Australia and is a postdoctoral research fellow in the International Studies Group at the University of the Free State, South Africa. Her research examines the media representation of women in politics and the historical development of feminist rhetoric in transnational social movements. Dr Stevenson is co-editor of the forthcoming volume, Gender Violence in Australia: Historical Perspectives. Her research appears in journals such as Cultural & Social History and Camera Obscura: Feminism, Culture and Media Studies.
