Andrew Emery
Andrew Emery is a senior lecturer in hospitality management at Auckland University of Technology and Co-founder of the ophthalmic patient pathway management system, CatTrax. His primary interests are in information systems in service industries and New Zealand popular culture. He has only recently become research active and is currently completing his Master’s degree.
