Anette Grønning
Anette Grønning is an associate professor at the Department for the Study of Culture at the University of Southern Denmark and carries out research into identity, social presence and role-taking in online communication. Since 2003, she has worked with online communication in different domains (public, private and commercial), in particular with e-mail and chat interaction. She is head of the Danish research project ‘Digital Consultation’, SDU.
