Anne Karpf
Anne Karpf is Reader in Professional Writing and Cultural Inquiry at London Metropolitan University. A broadcaster, journalist and columnist for The Guardian and other national newspapers, her books include Doctoring The Media: The Reporting of Health and Medicine (Routledge, 1988) and The Human Voice (Bloomsbury, 2006; Ehrenwirth, 2007; Autrement, 2008; Soshisha, 2008). She is currently researching the BBC broadcasts of Donald Winnicott (1943–1962), the emergence of the cancer memoir and Holocaust historiography.
