Anne Robinson

Dr Anne Robinson’s experimental practice is focused on the perception and politics of time passing and encompasses painting, film and sound. She has a practice-led Ph.D.: ‘The elusive digital frame and the elasticity of time in painting’, and currently teaches at Middlesex University. Her recent works include Inside Out Blues in Marseilles and Thrashing in the Static, shown at CGP, Objectifs, Singapore, Deptford X and Folkestone. She participated in psi20 in Shanghai and ‘Fluid Sounds’ at University of Copenhagen (2015), followed by an audio paper in Seismograf journal. Curatorial projects include ‘Over Time’ (2014) and ‘Supernormal’ festival (2012–16). www.annerobinsonartwork.org
