Annika Göran Rodell
Annika Göran Rodell is a lecturer at Örebro University, School of Hospitality, Culinary Arts and Meal Science. Her interdisciplinary background in expressive arts, pedagogy and leadership contributes to her wide-ranging research interest, often with aesthetics as a starting point. She was appointed an ‘Excellent teacher’ at ÖU in 2012 and received a prestigious Pedagogic award in 2020. Annika was a member of the Swedish Research Council artistic research project HAPTICA, which emphasized haptic aspects of presence, movement and touch in relation to a creative process. She applies insight from her experience as a performative artist in her research and teaching.
