Antonia Canosa

Antonia Canosa is a social anthropologist with the Centre for Children and Young People and is currently developing a new programme of research that builds synergies between the interdisciplinary fields of childhood studies and tourism studies in order to advance knowledge informed by children and young people in the diverse tourism contexts of our increasingly globalizing world. Antonia’s research interests include childhood studies; the social and cultural dimensions of tourism; ethnographic, participatory and visual methodologies; the ethical dimensions of research with children and young people; and youth cultures.
