Arturo Marzano
Arturo Marzano is Research Fellow at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Pisa, where he teaches Contemporary History of the Middle East. He got his Ph.D. in Contemporary History at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Pisa. His research has dealt with the history of British foreign policy in the Middle East in the 1920s, the history of Italian Zionism, in particular the Italian Jewish migration to Palestine/Israel, and the history of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. He has lived and worked in Jerusalem with the NGO Oxfam Italia between 2002 and 2004.
